I started in the beauty industry as a hairstylist because I absolutely loved the upbeat environment and instant gratification. It took two years of hard work and dedication until I changed routes to find something else to ignite my soul while also giving me the flexibility of raising my two beautiful children. I found the same passion in a different area of the industry – aesthetics to grow my business into what it is today. I truly believe I have the best job in the world and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

My name is Melissa! (Mel as most call me) and I’m the face behind Vamped Beauty Lounge. I’m certified and licensed in spray tanning, teeth whitening, lash lifts and tints as well as lip blush.
I’m a mom to two amazing teenage boys – they are my biggest cheerleaders!
The beauty industry has always been a passion of mine and is truly rewarding! Meeting new faces and seeing how happy they are is why I do what I love.

I’m Morgan! Fully licensed & certified esthetician and junior nail technician. Originally from Sylvan Lake and I have lived in the Red Deer area all of my life. Late 2019, driven by my own struggles with acne and skin picking scars I was determined to learn more about skin care and treatments that could help, So I began my schooling journey at Delmar College.
Outside of continuously learning more and growing my business; I enjoy spending my time outside or getting creative. From painting, gaming, to maintaining aquarium scapes. I love helping to uplift others in order to feel confident in themselves. A summary of some of my treatments offered include a variety of skin treatments, manicures, gel nails, body waxing and relaxation massages.

I’m Kyla! I like long walks on the beach, loud music and even louder hair! I am a journeyman, red seal hairstylist – colour is what drew me into the industry, but the client connections and ability to continuously learn and grow is what keeps my fiery passion alive! There’s just something about sending someone home with that fresh hair glow that makes me feel fulfilled!
When I started in the industry, I thought hair was it for me. Little did I know I would fall in love with helping people fall in love with themselves again, which led to an expansion of my service list. I currently offer hair, body contouring and spray tans, but keep an eye out for my next art form – tiny tattooing!
When I’m not in the studio, you can find me recharging in the mountains or hanging by the lake with my partner and his kids!

I’m Kenzi! I always loved drawing as a kid and into my adult years! Growing up I always wanted to do something that made myself and others happy, so instead of going to college, I began my apprenticeship! After two years of practicing on fruits, fake skin and pig skin I began tattooing people. 6 years later and I would not ask to do anything else! I love seeing the confidence a new tattoo brings to a person!

Hellur! I’m Dymond! I’ve been in the industry for 10+ years. I started off by getting my diploma in artificial nails at Blanche Macdonald in 2011 and just kept going from there. I am now a master gel nail technician, master lash extension technician and a makeup artist for weddings and photoshoots in Calgary, Kelowna and central Alberta. I do a few other beauty things such as waxing (no hoohaa’s sorry) and henna brows. I LOVE what I do and I love my clients. Without y’all I wouldn’t be where I am today!
If you want a super non-judgmental, very laid back (and sometimes too loud) beauty tech, that is also slightly hilarious, I’m ya girl! If you want nails, lashes and a little waxy wax all in one day and place, I am also your girl!
